Securing the allocation of a land holding through the review of a development plan is both expensive and time consuming.

Foston Estates identify prospective development partners on behalf of the client, negotiate and provide advice in respect of the associated legal documents including promotion, option and collaboration agreements.

Foston Estates will work with the selected development partner to ensure targets are met, budgets maintained and the client’s interests actively represented in negotiations with the Local Authority and other parties.
